High Plains Honor Flight - September 28, 2025

We appreciate our Veterans and want to make sure they have a welcome home that many never received by going on a High Plains Honor Flight. The trip for Veterans does not cost them a penny! Veterans do not need to provide their own guardian but if they have someone who they would like to be their guardian they need to note this on their application as does the guardian also.

For veterans to be qualified they need to have served in the United States Military in any capacity during the time periods listed below and to have an honorable discharge.

All veterans must fill out an application to be selected for a flight. We are currently accepting applications for the following:

  • WWII
    Prior to January 1, 1947
  • Korea
    6/27/50 - 1/31/55
  • Vietnam
    2/28/61 – 5/7/75
  • Purple Heart Recipient
    From any Era

GUARDIANS REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • Guardians must be at least 21 years of age and no older than 70 (unless approved by The Board).
  • Be able bodied
  • Make the suggested minimum donation  of $1,000

Please note: Spouses of Veterans may not serve as Guardians on the same trip.
